How do I take part in this promotion?
To take part in this promotion, simply buy a qualifying Hisense product from a participating retailer during the period 4th June 2025 to 15th July 2025 (inclusive). The Promotion is open to residents of mainland UK (i.e. excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) who are aged eighteen (18) or over. Full T&Cs apply.
When am I able to submit my claim?
Wait for the claim period to open and then submit a claim online at freeqled.hisensepromotions.co.uk between 15th August 2025 and 11th September 2025 (inclusive).
How many times can I claim?
You may make multiple claims, however each claim must relate to a different Qualifying Product. You can only submit one claim in respect of each Qualifying Product purchased.
The offer is limited to five (5) claims per household.
Is my product eligible for this promotion?
A full list of qualifying products can be viewed here. If your products aren’t listed here, your product is not eligible for this offer.
What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?
This depends on where you made your purchase:
If you bought your products from a physical store, simply use the receipt you received with your purchase.
If you made your purchases online, use your invoice. Alternatively, you can send your order confirmation along with the delivery note.
When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible:
- What you bought
- Where you bought it
- Date of purchase
- Price you paid
How do I upload my proof of purchase?
If you made your purchases online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:
- What you bought
- Where you bought it
- Date of purchase
- Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.
Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.
The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?
If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:
If you're using a Windows PC
- Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
- Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
- Select Resize.
- Select M Best for emails and messages.
- Give the file a name you'll remember and click
- Save.
You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're using a Mac You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.
Where can I find my serial number?
You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.
I've just submitted a claim. What happens next?
We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your claim.
When will I get my Free Gift?
Where a claim is verified, the Promoter will contact the claimant by email(using details provided in the application form) to arrange delivery of the Free Gift, and delivery will be made to the address provided by the claimant in the application form within 45 days of successful verification of the claim.
The Free Gift is inclusive of delivery within mainland UK (i.e. excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). No other costs or expenses (such as cost of installation) will be covered by the Promoter or included in the Free Gift, and claimants must make their own arrangements in this regard.
The Free Gift is subject to availability and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with one of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered or given.
How do I find my Claim Reference?
Don't worry if you missed it. We also include your Claim Reference in any email updates we send you about your claim. If you're having trouble finding your emails, check your junk folder.
